Everyone is different! This is why I as a pilates teacher, personal trainer, fitness advisor, instructor and coach take your individual requirements into consideration and create a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations.

I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone, that is why the group classes are very unique and helpful in exercising with others, giving you a challenge, comradeship and motivation. My training methods also offer you various types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for. The varied exercise classes will give you choice in which exercise class suits your needs and timeframe as well as allowing you to develop and progress at your level.

Pilates Classes

Solo

The classic training programme. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can devise a training plan and programme to meet your needs and goals. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

Friend Special

You don’t do anything without your friend? No problem.

I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.

For the next few months why not join the Boot Camp and attend Shape ‘N’ Tone exercise classes two evenings a week. We can monitor your progress and goals.

Family

A close-knit family is a guarantee to good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and also in the gym. Of course, the training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is very important to me that no one gets left behind. After all, we want to achieve something together!

Pilates Total Body Toning :

Will take you through basic series of stretching and toning exercises focused on conditioning the abdominal and lower back muscles to help improve posture and balance and increase flexibility. The “powerhouse” or “core” of the body – is used to build movement into the limbs and strengthen and lengthen the muscles giving balance and aiding back rehabilitation, well-being and overall improvement of the body both inner and outer.on a Pilates Ball

Pilates Fit-Ball :

Will take you through basic series of stretching and toning exercises focused on conditioning the abdominal and lower back muscles to help improve posture and balance and increase flexibility. The “powerhouse” or “core” of the body – is used to build movement into the limbs and strengthen and lengthen the muscles giving balance and aiding back rehabilitation, well-being and overall improvement of the body both inner and outer, through a workout on a Pilates Stability Ball. Balance Strength Flexibility and a Leaner Longer Toned Body. Improving posture flexibility and any weakness in the Body example back pain Knee pain shoulder pain and many more!

Pilates for Pregnancy Exercise & Relaxation Class :

Pilates has the perfect recipe to keep you in shape throughout every trimester, not only will it keep you strong and flexible, but it’s the perfect antidote to the discomforts associated with your pregnancy.

Beginner Pilates Class :

Intermediate to Advanced Pilates Class :

Intermediate to Advanced Pilates exercises/ Movements demand considerable coordination and balance using several body positions and much more complex movements requiring the individual to have strength stamina, control and have excellent technique of the Pilates principles to enable them to the challenging Intermediate and advanced Pilates movements. This class is suitable for those with pilates experience in basic movement and complex movements of pilates.

Pilates Yummy Mummy Post Pregnancy :

Our Improver Pilates class is based on individuals with little or no experience in Pilates, those just after a baby or just wanting to get fit and healthy.

Pilates is extremely beneficial in particular as it will improve your core and pelvic stability, balance, flexibility and lower limb strength. All of the above will improve your fitness weight loss exercise technique and posture and can also aid with recovery.

If you are looking to improve your fitness or to build performance and decrease the likelihood of injury or trying to tone your body then you should be engaging in strength training through this Pilates Class.

Our Improver Pilates class is designed for Post Pregnancy, New Mums, Post Operative, Rehabilitation, General Fitness and build on Pilates skills and techniques to help build strength tone and flatten abs

Pilates Body Conditioning :

Pilates Body Conditioning exercises bring you through a repertoire of pilates moves to tone, strengthen and to keep your body fit, healthy and lean. It will give you a mix of strengthening and deep core exercises to tone, shape and condition your body, from engaging your core, getting a great neutral curve in your spine to using your breath effectively. A must for anyone looking to maintain a health weight and body shape.

Teen Pilates :

Based on Pilates techniques classes are mat-based often including stability balls, small balls, resistance tubes, which are easy and fun to use. While effective and fun, the exercise programmes are aimed at developing a stronger body, and a more relaxed state of mind. Working to strengthen their bodies can increase self-esteem, stamina, abdominal strength and sleep. That combined with the focused breathing techniques essential to the exercises, can help children/young people attain a much more serene and less stressful outlook as well as achieving a toned body.

Mixed Ability Pilates :

Will take you through a series of stretching and toning exercises focused on conditioning the abdominal and lower back muscles to help improve posture, balance, strength and increase flexibility. The “powerhouse” or “core” of the body – is used to build movement into the limbs and strengthen and lengthen the muscles giving balance and aiding back rehabilitation, well-being and overall improvement of the body both inner and outer, awareness of movement, strength and resistance of body against various exercises to enhance overall body performance and fitness, agility and well being.

Pilates to Go :

Designed for the busy person, this early morning class will set you up for the day. Similar to the beginner pilates classes – focusing on “Core” strength by stretching and toning exercises to condition the abdominal and lower back muscles. Theses exercises improve posture, balance and increase flexibility as well as relaxation.

Pilates Stretch Tone & Relax :

The structure of this class will help you stretch and relax the mind and body using and blending movements from Pilates with a range of exercises that emphasis on developing flexibility, mobility, core stability, balance and strength. Exercise technique, posture, alignment and breathing throughout the session using small Pilates equipment. Assisting your body with inner balance, well-being and a sense of relaxation in mind and body.

Pilates for Older Population & Rehabilitation :

A Pilates class structured to enhance your posture, fitness health and general wellbeing. The calm, controlled, flowing exercise movements provide the ideal class for clients, promoting mobility and improve core strength and stability. Gentle Pilates is suitable if you are suffering from an injury, would like to return to exercise flatten and tone abdominal muscles, improve your body shape and to progress your fitness, strength and stamina this is the class for you.

Body Pump & Tone :

Body Pump class is performed to music using free-weights, plates, body bars – barbells and an aerobic step. During the workout you will learn the right techniques of basic exercise moves using body weight and equipment. Participants will use weights based on the exercise, fitness level and personal goals. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises. The focus is towards muscle endurance by moving light weights at high repetitions. (Rep Effect) During the workout you will or can use various weights for the session.

Pilates for MEN :

This class will take you through basic series of stretching and toning exercises focused on conditioning. Working the abdominal and lower back muscles to help improve posture, balance, strength and increase flexibility. The “powerhouse” or “core” of the body – is used to build movement into the limbs and strengthen and lengthen the muscles giving balance and aiding back rehabilitation, well-being and overall improvement of the body and mind, creating immediate and permanent benefits and stability for the whole body.

PILATES was developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s, initially as a way to strengthen his own body following the effect of childhood illness. GYM-Ball / Stability Ball, Body Pump Bars and Weights and Dumb-Bells / Free Weights. The Gym-ball draws its history within the rehabilitation field in the 1900’s. The ball was used by swiss physical therapists to develop balance and maintain relex response in children with cerebral palsy. By the 1970’s and 80’s it was being utilised in America for spinal injuries and other orthopaedic and neurological conditions. Over recent years the Gym-ball has bounced its way into mainstream with more and more creative variations of use, being implemented by fitness professionals. Rightly earning its place as a versatile and extremely effective piece of exercise equipment.

PUMP N TONE is a mix of aerobic’s using the Step, Weights, Skipping Ropes, Resistance Bands & Tubes to work particular areas of the body toning and sculpting. The “Pump N Tone” class is a more vigorous workout. Great mix of exercise spending 15 – 20 minutes on various training systems and muscle groups, ensuring a balanced workout enhancing fitness levels and lowering body fat.

The various exercises combines, use of weights – barbells, sliders, free weights, resistance tubes, skipping ropes and body weight.
