Weight Loss

Pilates exercise starts with the core of your body — with full breaths refreshing your cells; with your heart and circulatory system pumping fresh blood into your tissues; and with training the deep muscles of your abdomen, back and pelvis (your Pilates powerhouse) to support your spine, and provide stability in your pelvis and shoulders as you move. When we strengthen and stabilise the core, we can safely move out from center to increase the flexibility of our spine, stretch our muscles, and improve the range of motion in our joints.

Constitution & Endurance

Together, we can improve your physical shape. We train your body and use SMART goals to get you into the best shape of your life. This programme is ideal for those wanting to take their fitness up the next level, personal goal’s and achievement, or to participate in extreme sports, marathons, develop new fitness skills or drop a clothes size.

Muscle Training

We will train to build core strength and conditioning with integration of cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility, motor skills I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!

Personal Training

Personal Training will enhance the components of fitness for your health and well being. As fitness professional we are involved in providing exercise prescription and Instruction, motivating you the client (clients) by setting goals and providing you feedback, reviewing your ability and level of fitness. Paying close attention to exercise form, workout routines and nutrition planning – helthy eating plan.

Personal Training :

Individual coaching can be done on a one to one or in pairs, couples or small groups. We can meet your needs and pocket to get you started on an exercise routine that you enjoy and see progress, challenge and results.

Core Strength Training :

Footballers, runners, exercise enthuasist’s, dancers and individuals all wanting to build their core strength, toning and strengthening the back legs and arms. – Group sessions or one to one.

We have experience in working with Football Teams, Marathon Runners, Indidviduals, Sports specific and Rehabilitation.

Massage :

Deep massage to help aching muscles, sports massage to release and strengthen aching muscles.
