This pilates class will build core strength, back rehabilitation, body alignment posture and breathing. Aiding muscle balance, body alignment and better flexibility feeling healthier. Feeling stronger toned and more flexible, and a better physique. Pilates is a great way to support other sports such as golf, swimming, running, football and the list is endless.
