Monday & Wednesday I am located in the Rostrevor Youth club at the Rostrevor Presbyterian Church Hall on the Rostrevor / Warrenpoint Road.

Am I a professional trainer?
Yes. I have studied and attained various sports qualifications and currently teach sport, nutrition and therapy. I have vast experience in the fitness industry as the training manager of Northern Irelands leading Health & Fitness training provider as well as working for myself, instructing exercise’s, planning and implementing exercise sessions for many years. I am also on the REP’s register (Register of Exercise Professionals).

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, aims and goals. I will give you advise, observe and correct your posture, alignment, recommend training systems and techniques, the right exercise for your safety and effectiveness as well as helping you achieve your objectives and enjoyment.
How often do I have to train or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually twice a week is the recommended target for achievement and results.
