Pilates with small equipment, pilates ring, weighted balls, pilates soft ball, resistance bands

Body Sculpt – Swiss Ball / Gym Ball with Dumb-bells /weights and Body Bars to add the Muscular Strength & Endurance.

Step ‘N’ Tone – Steps, weights, resistance bands, tubes, skipping ropes, speed ladder.

Circuits – 10-12 station work out:- Abs & Bums, Whole Body exercises, CV exercises, Back & Core exercises, Muscular & Strength exercises, Balance exercises. pair exercises.

Integration of exercises / physical activities with all the Shape ‘N’ Tone exercise classes.

Core Stability, Cardiovascular fitness, Muscular Strength & Endurance, Motor Skills, Flexibility, Balance and Co-Ordination, Speed and agility.

Enhancement of neuromuscular, energy systems and nutrients.
